Thanks everyone, I'm really looking forward to getting out of Michigan and our lovely midwest cold and snow. I will send photos and paintings after a few days of being there.
Jala, between you and your other Boulder buddy, Samartdogs my so called avatar drew boos from the crowd. It was sort of spooky, but hell I'm sort of spooky. I'm glad I changed it, this one is more me.
My first time in Sedona was over New Years about 15 years ago....it looked just like your photo!!! I was mesmerized...caught red rock fever and when I got home...started looking for a job teaching out there so that I could move back there...red rock fever eventually rubbed off, and I really didn't want to go back to teaching anyway...so here I stayed, where I reconnected with "the Chief"!!!

Sedona's one of my favorite places to be! Thanks for sharing the pic.
Enjoy! I love it there. We'll look forward to some art.
You're right.
Can't help but feel only a sense of awe and sacredness in the beauty of the mountains that only silence is fitting and appropriate.
Smiles,
Silver
Your spirits are lifted. Exhale.
Gorgeous. Happy vacationing!
And glad you changed your avatar. :)
