Geraniums in the Sun!

This is a plein air subject I spotted one sunny
afternoon near an old barn.  Large and small pots
of Geraniums sitting on stone ledges.  The light was
about to dissappear so I had to paint quickly with a large
brush.  It was painted on Cold Press 140# Arches.

Wonderful, Doug! These should be in a gallery! They inspire me to expand my paintings!

Can't wait to see more!

Thanks again RoseAnn,
Some are in galleries because
I'm running out of room here
at the studio. I'm so glad that
they inspire you...keep painting.

Thanks,
This is so cool, a true composter and
lecturer. What's funny about this is
I just came in from putting my little
tractor away and dumping a load of
wet leaves on the compost pile.
I'll visit your blog when I get a chance.
thanks again for stopping by.
