Doug, your paintings are gorgeous, beautifully sensitive - you have the touch!!!!! I didn't know that you injured your shoulder but I'm so glad it hasn't prevented you from painting and I hope, hope you are on the mend!!! Take care, Marcia
Hi Doug, these are really lovely, very fresh looking with nice colours. I also have to stand at an easel to draw and paint as I have alot of stiffness in my shoulder. I hope you feel better soon.
YAY!!! He's back!!!!These are beautiful and fresh and show a new excitement to be back at the easel. They are looser and show your passion stirring up. Bravo my friend! I sure have missed seeing your beautiful posts...thank you for keeping in touch always.
Hi Caroline, Thank you about the paintings. I see you understand the issue of standing at an easel. All new to me, I'm used to using a tilting drafting table from my illustrator days. Keep those paintings beautiful, you've done some beautiful pieces. Doug

you still got it!
these are great! I especially like the middle Tozigoot. great depth and composition.
Thanks to you, I got to learn something new! Tuzigoot is white man for Western Apache Tu' Digiz, a 12th century Sinagua pueblo.
word verif.-- fanked
I learned something new, and I fanked you. :0)

Thanks Deb, it's a start.
As for having it, umm, how about searching for it and hopefully finding it.

Hey Sam,
I knew my spelling didn't look right.
fanks for the correction. I should send
you some pics of the ruins. Glad I was
able to spread some knowledge.
Fanks again,

Hi Marcia,
Thank you for your kind comments.
I tore up my rotator cuff on my right shoulder a
year ago last February. It keeps me from painting
sitting down which cramps my style somewhat.
Messed up the left one as the right one healed.
All is well.
Doug
